The ASEE Midwest Section 2012 Conference will be held on the Missouri University of Science and Technology campus at the Havener Center located at 1346 North Bishop in Rolla, Missouri 65409.

Parking space is available in 'Lot H.' A parking pass is required.  Please ask the registration desk for a pass if you did not receive one.  'Area V' the Visitor's Lot outside the Havener Center will have limited space avaialbe.   Please view the Campus Parking Lot Map to help locate these areas.

Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations for lodging. The Restaurant and Motel Guide provides a list of Rolla area motels and phone numbers.

Directions to the Havener Center visitor parking lot

• From I-44 West (From St. Louis)
  Take the third Rolla exit #185. At the top of the ramp, turn left onto University Drive and proceed to the stoplight. At the stoplight, turn right onto Hwy 63/Bishop Avenue and merge into the left lane. At Huddle House & Subway Restaurants turn left onto 12th Street. At the next driveway, turn left heading towards the Havener Center. The visitor's parking lot will be around to the right at the main entrance to the building.
• From I-44 East (From Springfield)

• South Bound on Highway 63
  Stay on Highway 63 going South into Rolla. Turn left onto 12th Street. (The Subway Restaurant is on the Southeast corner of Highway 63 and 12th Street.) At the next driveway, turn left heading towards the Havener Center. The visitor's parking lot will be around to the right at the main entrance to the building.
• From Highway 72
  Take Highway 72 to the intersection of Hwy 72 and Hwy 63. Turn right onto Highway 63 going North through Rolla. Turn right onto 12th Street. (The Subway Restaurant is on the Southeast corner of Highway 63 and 12th Street.) At the next driveway, turn left heading towards the Havener Center.
