CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Registration for the 2012 ASEE Midwest Section Conference is now open.  Advance registration will be taken through August 22, 2012.   Late Registration will be available through at least September 12. Afterwards registration will be at the door at the late registration rate.  Late registrations after September 12 will include meal tickets if available.

All conference attendees must register and each regular paper must be accompanied by a full registration.  One author must register by the final paper deadline of August 15, 2012 in order to submit the final paper for the proceedings.  One student author (or one faculty member with a full registration) must register by the final poster deadline of August 15, 2012 in order to submit the final poster pdf and summary for the final proceedings.

A participant with full registration will have admission to the welcome reception, the Thursday lunch, the Conference Banquet, and the Friday Business lunch and will receive one set of the conference proceedings in CD-ROM format.

Registration may be cancelled for a full refund through September 12. Contact Latesha Zach at lmh8vb@mst.edu.

Registration Rates and Other Purchases

*Late registrations after September 12 will include meal tickets only if available.
** Includes One-Year ASEE Membership
*** Student rate is for FULLTIME graduate or undergraduate students at either Missouri S&T or elsewhere. (Note: if the student is the sole attending author of a regular paper, the full registration must be used.)  A part-time student does not qualify.  Student posters only require a student registration.
